TALK MORE TOGETHER AWARD

The Talk More Together Award will be presented for the first time at Electric Film Festival 2027. Talk More Together is an independent mental health platform founded by mental health researcher Amelia Shipton, creating resources and projects that encourage more open, thoughtful and constructive conversations around mental health. The award will recognise a film that explores mental health, wellbeing or lived experience in a thoughtful, responsible and engaging way.

The Talk More Together Award will be a separate award category within Electric Film Festival 2027. Films entered into this category will follow the same submission rules and eligibility requirements as other EFF entries, with an additional focus on mental health, wellbeing or lived experience. One film will be selected to receive the Talk More Together Award and be presented at Electric Film Festival 2027. 50% of submission revenue from this award category will support the ongoing work of Talk More Together.
